We’ve been admiring Our Place for a long time — the company’s Always Pan and Perfect Pot have replaced the multitude of other pots and pans we long scrambled to find storage for in cramped kitchens amid small square footage. If you haven’t gotten on board yet, or if you’re looking to pair a pot with your pan or a pan with your pot, there’s a new color in town that’s the perfect shade for spring. And in a twist we didn’t expect, it evokes one component of Samin Nosrat’s holy quartet of flavors (salt, fat, acid, heat, of course).
Enter: Acid green, the new limited-edition color in the Always Pan and Perfect Pot line. We’re coming up to a time when the land starts to turn green again and our favorite fruits and vegetables start to reappear on farmers’ market tables, and this shade honors spring’s verdant tradition with a splash of the ‘00s style that’s back in vogue.
The new pieces retail for the same price as the rest of the colorways — $145 for an Always Pan that replaces your steamer, skillet, saucepan, frying pan and more, and $165 for the Perfect Pot, which makes for a great stockpot, pasta pot, roaster, dutch oven, brasier and more.
